 This Weeks Question...

 

What Magazine's do you like?

 

TBH it's been awhile since I have physically picked up a magazine.

Not since getting my Nook and Kindle apps on my phone.

My phone is my everything hub!

But the subscriptions I had before that I have shown below.

 

 

 

 

PEOPLE Magazine: My fave on clearing up the rumors that circulate. There's a lot of things from all sides of the spectrum inside of it. I have always liked the make up and hair sections. If I want to see what so and so's famous little one looks like that is the mag for it!

 

VANITY FAIR: What can I say, Fashion, fashion, fashion. I have always loved fashion. Even though my droll black clad closet would tell you otherwise. I love the extravagance and glam of this magazine. I get great make up tips from this one as well as seeing my fave stars all glammed up!

 

SHOJO BEAT: There are those who would say my Shojo Beat is not a magazine. But nestled between the Manga I love is ads and articles about anime and toki doki style. There are ads for the Japanese, harajuku style that I adore as well. Earning it a spot here!

 

GUNS & AMMO: Oh yes I am a gun girl. I love to see what's new and what guns aren't performing like they thought they would. Along with the ammo and new types of body armor and stuff like that. I'm weird, I know. :)

 

FOOD NETWORK: Loads of great cooking ideas can be found in these pages. Tips and tricks to make a bad cook, like me, seem like an okay cook! Luckily my husband is an amazing cook and I don't really have to go in the kitchen much. I might be banned from it actually but that's a long story!

 

GAMEINFORMER: I will admit I did not pour over this magazine and look at it a million times like my sons do. But I do love some xbox games and like to stay current with what's new and what not to spend a mini fortune on! Plus I like the ComicCon insight!

 

VOGUE:  Again, fashion, fashion! Love it! Great articles in there too!

 

CAR AND DRIVER: I love cars, all things cars, new, old and everything in between! Always have from when I was a teen obsessed with Lowrider Magazine. I like to think I have graduated LOL!

 

ROLLING STONE: I am a musician, I play bass and I sing harmony to my husbands lead for the past 17yrs. I love music it's a part of who I am and what makes me happy. I love finding the new and unusual, the breakthrough. As well as what's up with the has beens.

 

 

Other than those there are loads of tattoo magazines that I really like. Tattooing is my most recent job I have had. A tattoo artist is a very fun job, your art immortalized on a living canvas. I don't do it as much as I used to with writing but I love when I get the chance to do it again.

Being an artist in general I really appreciate some of the talent that is out there and love to see it in those mags.
