Oh holy sweetness! I have to say this is a really good read! It's not NA it's more Upper YA but YA still. There's no surprise sex and that was great.
It was a loving and emotionally charged read for me though. It took me a little bit to get into because my brain was firing off questions but after a bit I was so dang sucked into the story I was lost in it.
Lauren made a great MC, and Dean oh my Dean! LOL! Seriously y'all some swooning was done for sure. The entire situation was so gut wrenching but the way they pulled it off was totally amazing. You could so feel the love.
I love a good emotional roller coaster ride! I know I may be weird but I do! I also love those intense climactic moments that keep you on the edge of your seat speed reading and nail biting! That definitely happened for me.
Unique storyline and great plot. Characters were on point and I cannot wait to get book 2 it is supposed to be Dean's perspective! Eeep! Exciting! Do I recommend this book that kept me captivated and reading all in one day? Umm heck yes I do!
