- REVIEW - 5 Days of The Guardians Series by Wendy Owens - Book 5 - Day 5

The Guardians Crown (Book 5)
by Wendy Owens

Gabe is finally forced to answer the ultimate question, will he give his life to save the world? What about just to save the one he loves the most? The Guardians struggle to find another way--ideas that don't involve Gabe's death--to defeat Baal. Time is running out. What will Gabe choose? What price will he pay for that choice?

Gabe & Rachel are talking about going after the crown. So they can put a stop to Baal's reign of terror once and for all. The only person they can think to ask about it is Michael but that would mean telling they went to see Mirada.
He reluctantly does and Michael's definitely not happy about it. He says the Guardians Crown is a myth but there's no way they can believe that. It has to be real. They have to find a way to confirm it so they don't waste time and energy searching in vain. But once Sophie ,of all people, helps them find that confirmation, it's all they needed.

Their minds are made up, they will search for it.
This starts a chain of events that will send your mind spiraling, all the way to the last page.

Marriages and deaths and of course a birth, all in the middle of a raging war!

I'm not going to spoil anything about this bittersweet ending you NEED to read it for yourself!

I am in shock. I can't believe it's over!
I am so sad and so happy. Very much emotionally spent.
So so much happens in this book!
I definitely will be recommending this book series over and over!!
It will stand as one of my favorite series ever!
As for reviews saying it turned NA, or Adult I say fooey! In "The Prophecy" there is a scene but only one and it's barely anything at all! So yeah, don't listen to the negativity!
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I cried and cried! Balled like a baby at one point funny as that may sound. There was still laughter and joy mixed in. I love the cast of characters and when one was lost it hurt. But this book is about a war between good and evil, how can there not be death. I like that Wendy Owens was brave enough to explore that route.

Cover Thoughts:

Love the cover it's gorgeous and goes well with the rest of the series.

Her first series, The Guardians, will be concluded with the fifth and final book in 2013.
When she’s not writing, this dog lover can be found spending time with her tech geek husband, their three amazing kids, and two pups, lovingly nicknamed stinks and chubbs. She also loves to cook and is a film fanatic.
